Hai friends,

Iam using melbon mpeg 4 receiver to catch the Intelsat 17 at 66 degree and getting the Fta channels. now the main problem is vide signal variation.signal quality vary from 66 % to sometimes its go to 0 %, due to this problem the picture freezes continously.Mpeg 2 channels ,kalainjar channels no signal variation and signal quality is 73 %.iam using universal lnb.polarisation adjustment also correct nearly 53 degree.what is the problem.please help me.Iam also used solid 3000 receiver the same problem exist.
